Assalamu’alaikum. It’s been while, huh? Here’s to the long absence of any update, let me compensate with some diamond collection of Semporna island. We didn’t get to spend more than 3 days and 2 nights there but with little time we had, we did quite a bit of island hoppings here and there.  Timba-Timba was the best in my humble opinion, and of course you’re free to differ. The weather was so good that enhanced every other thing around, flipping over our hearts without any caution statement given. So the least that we could do was smile ear to ear, falling helplessly in love with the panoramic view. It doesn’t take a genius to notice what love would do to someone, it’s too plain not to see. The first time we visited Semporna was in August 2013, leaving our son at home. Almost a decade later we brought him along, one day after he finished his last SPM paper. Assalamu’alaikum. So let’s enjoy every little thing we have in this world, shall we? Like when you accomplished something, how about getting yourself a pair of new boots for work?  Last time I checked, my black boots from a Lois jeans shop in Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman have aged ever so gracefully without any companion nor competitor. It’s been plus minus a decade or more, but only recently I bought a new pair at AEON AU2 with of course friendlier price tag. Looking at the finishing especially the glue around the boots, I don’t think they’re going to last that long. But then again, why bother? Take one step at a time and worry not about the future, well not too much, anyways. Here’s to more productive steps ahead!
