Taman Safari Indonesia Cisarua-Bogor : Fauna Spotted.

Assalamu'alaikum. Finally this entry is open to public. The Q is up apparently. Well, let's begin with the view when bananas exchanged hands in the van. We stopped to buy bananas and carrots to feed the animals in the safari but of course we couldn't resist the sweet bananas to merely let the animals have them! Makan pisang dulu!!! We were greeted first and foremost by the camels and llamas, what a superb sight it was!  Talking about live experience, huh? Way better than watching the Animal Planet in 3 Dimensions, but of course!  Junior was so thrilled feeding the animals as much as we were thrilled looking at the scene. I mean, who would know those animals love carrots in the first place? I've always thought only rabbits eat them, now what a fool I've been. LOL. Cozy dating place, I'd say. Would you not sit under such natural canopy and talk about everything and nothing at all? I'd even love to ea

Juma'ah Barakah : One Heck of A Day

Assalamu'alaikum. It's officially Saturday now that it's passed midnight. How have you guys been doing? My day started very trying as early as 10 o'clock on Friday morning when I was about to leave the house to Subang Parade for an appointment. Mom wasn't well at all and thank God my brother Mie had already arrived from Rawang and by the time I was on the road he whatsapped me to decide to which hospital mom was supposed to be admitted. Mom asked him to wait for my decision before allowing her favorite clinical doctor to sign a referral letter. That settled, I had to make some arrangements via phone, Alhamdulillah for today's technology. There at Subang Parade I anxiously waited for the scheduled appointment at 11 and was about to call it off some 40 minutes later because my continuous calls were not answered. Thank God the person did finally show up and I had to exercise my best focus possible not to brush things off and let people down but I had to however ex

Assalamu'alaikum. How are you guys doing? I've been very busy with tons and tons of work since coming back from Indonesia. Not to mention juggling with causepapers in the office as opposed to taking care of mom and Junior whose fever has been on and off.  I pon demam jugak actually tapi kejap je la.. Tak mampu nak demam lama-lama. Last Friday evening I was down flat with fever right throughout the weekend and came Monday I had to kick my arms and legs at work already, by hook or by crook. And last  2 nights I had to stay back until 10.30pm preparing for a heart wrenching trial that was scheduled today.  So yeah, I'm officially punctured now but still having the adrenaline left to spend time with Junior and his dad at KLCC. Duduk kat mana2 yang ada kerusi masa tunggu Junior beli buku.. Oh boy! Quite a handfull catch it was! Gonna have a nice dinner soon, I hope my appetite would be real good to my tired bones. Bantal

Makan-Makan Di Taman Safari Indonesia : Cisarua-Bogor

Image
Assalamu'alaikum. The franchise of Jakarta-Bandung trip's entries continues today with the eatery place we visited at Taman Safari Indonesia , Cisarua - Bogor. And yeah, the entry about the safari itself will have to wait, now let's apply the Q'ing regulation sometimes, yes? Driving around such a humongous hectares of wild safari was fun but still you couldn't help feeling hungry when the time came. So, we checked ourselves in Rimba Restaurant in the safari area for lunch.  It was raining and the scenery was cozy and very inviting. The food there was inevitably more expensive than the price you would get outside but then again, what would you expect from such tourist attraction? However, it was much more worthy the money as compared to those available in the Universal Studio, Singapore or Disneyland, Hong Kong ~ to compare the least. We were very happy with the food there, to say the least. Those who chose Nasi Padang were satisfied with the tas

Taman Mini Indonesia: Indah & Mempesona.

Assalamu'alaikum. So many bitter-sweet things had happened while we were in Jakarta and Bandung vacationing. So much so that we had to cancel loads of scheduled programs, for most of us had fallen sick one after another. Anyways, let's talk about the sweet things, shall we? I'd however skip the 1st day's activities at this juncture and jump into the 2nd day's when we visited Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Jakarta a.k.a TMII . I'd just leave the link above for the related infos you might wanna find out. We decided to merely make one big tour on the chartered van and stopped at Rumah Minang to snap some pictures. Mom was so happy to reminisce the memories she had with dad some 5 years ago in Padang, West Sumatera.  The miniatures of traditional Minangkabau houses (and the rest of the available buildings there) were nothing near mini, mind you. That's what so special about TMII among other things.  We were all smiles as y
