Cotton Modern Kurung On Tuesday

Assalamu'alaikum. Yesterday was a cold Monday and I was talking about none other than the weather, dearest. All the way to and from Melaka was such a torture in the car that I had to reduce the air-cond temperature. Even when I dismounted at a Petronas petrol pump to refill gas and reload touch and go card it was so windy and freeeeeeezing, which was weird in Malaysia's January weather. And at the designated destination, which was the land office at the Menara Persekutuan, Melaka it was equally windy. The sun shone ever so brightly above my head, nonetheless. That at least very much Malaysian weather.

Anyways, here's me clad in modern kurung from cotton. I decided to snap a standard "toilet selfie" as people call it at the petrol pump, looking at the large mirror inside the toilet. Just nice to come up with this entry in the first place. Self-explanatory, sort of.

Zooming in and out..

And this picture shows how I had to blanket myself with a shawl, not that it helped anyway. Should have brought a blanket in its original term, actually.

Here's however a picture of the cotton that I had bought to make the modern kurung:

Well, there goes nothing, really. Thanks for keep dropping by, Allah Be With you guys. Take care and Assalamu'alaikum.
